A large part of our role at the PFA NI is to assist players in planning a career outside of football. This may be for when you retire or to run concurrently with your playing career.

We will work to find pathways to a career that will bring you fulfilment outside of football.

We will look to work with numerous recruitment agencies and local employers to give as many employment options to you, our members as possible.If you are wishing to take on an educational course or degree, we can help you through our links to local colleges or universities. Our long-term aim is to financially support our members through support from sponsors, players fees and other funding to enable you to gain the qualifications you require to develop yourself.
