Melissa is currently working 1-1 with players. The therapy sessions are based on integrative therapy techniques.

This a flexible, holistic approach to mental health that combines elements from different therapeutic traditions to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than following a single school of thought, integrative therapists draw from a variety of methods—such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices—to create a personalised treatment plan

Excited to announce that I have partnered with the PFA Northern Ireland to offer a new counselling service aimed at supporting their members through life’s various challenges. This service will be provided to their members free of charge and is fully subsidised by the PFA, as part of their continued commitment to their members well-being.

This is a completely confidential service. Appointments can be made directly with Melissa.
Please quote PFA NI to assure sessions are not charged to you.
